   WHO AM I ?

D&C 4:1-4:

 "1 Now behold, a marvelous work is about to come forth among the children of men.

 "2 Therefore, O ye that embark in the service of God, see that ye serve him with all your heart, might, mind and strength, that ye may stand blameless before God at the last day.

 "3 Therefore, if ye have desires to serve God ye are called to the work;

 "4 For behold the field is white already to harvest; and lo, he that thrusteth in his sickle with his might, the same layeth up in store that he perisheth not, but bringeth salvation to his soul;"

My name is Sarah Mix and I am a missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I have been called to serve in the Ecuador Quito Mission, Spanish speaking. I report to the Colombia MTC on June 17, 2015.

I have such a strong testimony of missionary work. I know that we are all called to bring souls unto Christ and that this is God's work. If we are willing to serve with our "heart, might, mind, and strength," then we can become instruments in God's hands in working miracles in the lives of others. We are all called to the work. "The field is white," and every member is needed to "thrust in his sickle with his might." I promise that as we pray for missionary opportunities and strive to be an example of righteousness to others, that God will work miracles in our lives and our efforts will not be in vain. I am so excited to serve the people of Ecudaor and do my Heavenly Father's work! ¡Ciao!
